Name: Billy Black

Biography: The widowed father of Jacob and his elder sisters, Rachel and Rebecca, Billy Black is a respected resident of La Push. He is the grandson of Ephraim Black, a one-time elder of the Quileute tribe and as such has assumed a senior position in the tribe, though unlike his son, he is not a shape-shifter. Confined to a wheelchair thanks to diabetes, he is close friends with Charlie Swan and has concerns over Bella's relationship with Edward due to the long-standing rift between vampires and werewolves.
