Biography: They say, “if you’ve got it, flaunt it“ and Noot Seear definitely has and does. The Canadian fashion model and actress (real name Renata Seear) lived out many a teenage girl’s dream when she was spotted by a talent scout in a Vancouver shopping mall at the age of 13. After having modelled in her hometown, she soon moved to New York where she made her catwalk debut in September 1998 at New York Fashion Week walking for Calvin Klein, Daryl K and Ralph Lauren. The fashion figure has appeared in a number of advertising campaigns for a range of designer brands including Chanel, Giorgio Armani and Yves St. Laurent, has been the face of fragrances ck one and Vera Wang and graced the cover of fashion magazines Elle Germany, Amica (Italy), D (Italy) and Vogue Nippon. Acting-wise Seear is known for her roles in television series Kaya (2007), film Head Over Heals ( 2001) and for playing veritable vampire beauty, Heidi, in New Moon.
