Name: Ashley Greene

Biography: For Ashley Greene the dream of being a catwalk model went out the window when she was told that at 5-foot 4-inches she wasn't tall enough. This led the Florida native to move into commercials and so she signed up for acting classes and soon realised that her future lay with acting. She featured in guest roles in a number of US shows including Crossing Jordan before securing the role that would make her an international star, that of perky vampire, Alice Cullen in the Twilight films. For Alice she won the 2009 Teen Choice Award for Fresh Face Female (beating Twilight co-star Nikki Reed) and has been cast as the lead in upcoming horror, The Apparition.
