Twilight-inspired make-up range to launch

This isn’t the first time a make-up brand has tempted folks with dreams of creating that vampiric look, back in April we told you how Armani’s Micro-Fil Loose Powder in Pink Light was selling out thanks to word that it provided the elusive Cullen complexion and earlier, in March how Aromaleigh Mineral Cosmetics had released a Twilight-inspired range of face powders, yet this one promises to be a bit different. Why? Because talk suggests that DuWop is the actual brand being used on the set of New Moon and so is perfectly and uniquely placed to deliver top-quality and authentic Twilight cosmetics.

Sadly the Twilight-inspired range won’t hit store shelves until autumn; however there is a sneak preview in the form of ‘Lip Venom V’. Described as “a shimmering crimson lip stain”, it is an extension of the already existing ‘Lip Venom’ (though crucially not a gloss) and is a precursor to the hotly-anticipated ‘Twilight Venom’. It “contains argan, avocado, olive oils and vitamin E” and the blurb suggests shaking before use “to represent the blending of the human and vampire worlds”.

The ‘Lip Venom V’ costs $16 and as only a limited number have been produced, are being limited to two per customer (“Vampires may live forever, but this offer won’t!” jokes the website).
