Team Jacob strikes back! Not content with just muscling in on the love between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and her vampire, Edward (Robert Pattinson) in the upcoming The Twilight Saga: New Moon (three and a half days to go!), Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) has added his brawny bulk to the Twilight Barbie doll list, gate crashing the Twilight lovers and scoring a triumph for Team Jacob. Yes, if your heart kicks up a gear at the thought of the bare-chested beefcake, you’re in luck as the toy comes sans shirt. Those Mattel folks certainly know their market…

It’s not a bad likeness of Taylor as far as plastic dolls go, and is styled after Jacob once his werewolf strength has kicked in. This means a ripped torso, the wolf pack tattoo on his right arm and just some denim cut-offs and sneakers preserving his plastic modesty.

Sadly, the doll isn’t available yet, being released on 1st March 2010, but can already be pre-ordered from Amazon.com for $24.95 at the link below. Seems a shame for Team Jacob lovers that it’ll miss the theatrical release of New Moon, but does suggest that more and more of these Twilight dolls could be on their way.

Who else would we like to get in Barbie form, Boxwishers? Alice (Ashley Greene) gets our vote – just imagine if they released a miniature wardrobe for her as well. It’s the stuff of doll daydreams…

Oh, and Rosalie Hale is definitly another "Twilight" character in Barbie form so so far it looks like there's four members from this saga.
