Looks like things must be pretty quiet on the crime-fighting front in Gotham City, as the city’s most famous son, Bruce Wayne has been spotted in New York City. Or more accurately, the car belonging to his bat-tastic alter ego has, albeit with a few stylish changes. For this is no reboot of the Tumbler or even the Batpod, but the classic Batmobile as seen in the likes of 1989’s Batman in limousine form. All the luxury of the limo with the fantastical firepower and superhero splendor of the Batmobile!

The amazing car was snapped in the Big Apple recently and pictures of it posted on blog, Carscoop. Not much is known about it, but since it made its online debut, it’s been the source of much envy by wannabe Batmans chatting in cyberspace.

Oh what an amazing Christmas present it would make! Do you think Santa knows anyone a bit handy in the garage?
